2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to purchase plans on the Site.
3. What you can do on the Site
The Site lets you browse data plans by destination, purchase eSIM plans, receive them by QR code, install them on your device and manage the eSIMs you have purchased.
4. Your details
You agree to provide accurate, current information at checkout and to keep the email address you give us valid, because your QR code and order confirmations are delivered to it.
5. License to use the Site
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Site for shopping and managing your purchases. You may not copy, reuse or extract Site content for other purposes without our written permission.
6. Rules of use
You must use the Site and our eSIMs lawfully and fairly. Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms of Use and lists prohibited conduct.
7. Third-party networks
Data connectivity is provided through partner network operators and is also subject to their terms and fair-use policies, which we do not control.

We aim to always keep the Site available, but we may maintain, suspend or change it. Access to the Site is provided without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service.

The Site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties are not expressly given in these terms, except that nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
