1. About us
Private Media TV (“Private Media TV”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a media services business registered in the Federal Republic of Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020 (Business Name Registration No. 8876089, Corporate Affairs Commission, Federal Republic of Nigeria), registered on 30 September 2025. Our principal place of business is Agege JayJay Venture, 5 Adebambo Street, Papa Ashafa, Agege, Lagos, Lagos State, Nigeria. We operate the SIMCIELO website and online store at simcielo.com (the “Site”). In these General Terms, “you” means our customer.
2. Purpose of the Site
SIMCIELO is a global eSIM store for travellers. On the Site you choose your destination, buy a prepaid data plan, receive your eSIM as a QR code and connect instantly. We offer coverage in more than 150 countries and destinations, with a setup that typically takes about two minutes on eSIM-compatible devices such as iPhone XS and later and selected Android phones.
3. Nature of our plans
All plans are prepaid, one-time purchases: you pay once, install your eSIM, and the plan ends when its data allowance is used up or its validity expires. There are no contracts and no automatic renewal.
4. Orders
An order is made when you select a plan, complete checkout and your payment is accepted. Before ordering, please confirm that your device supports eSIM and that your destination is covered by the plan you selected.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed before checkout. Payment is a one-time charge; there are no hidden fees and no recurring charges. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
6. Delivery and activation
Your eSIM is delivered digitally, without physical shipping, by QR code after payment. Activation happens when you install and enable the eSIM on your device. For installation help, our customer support team is available 24/7.
7. Network services
We do not own or operate mobile networks. Connectivity is supplied through partner network operators, so speeds, coverage and quality depend on those networks, your device and your location. Any availability figure shown on the Site describes our aim for the online store and is not a guarantee of network performance.
8. Intellectual property
The Site, the SIMCIELO brand and their content are owned by Private Media TV or its licensors. An eSIM is a license to use a digital SIM profile for the plan you purchased; the profile is not sold to you and may not be copied or transferred except as intended for installation on your device.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or missed connections, arising from your use of the Site or the eSIM service. Nothing in these General Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes
We may update these General Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
