Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They help the site work, remember your choices and give the site owner information about how the site is used.

2. How we use cookies

• Strictly necessary cookies — required to run the online store: keeping your basket, carrying you through checkout, keeping your session secure and helping to prevent fraud. These do not require your consent.
• Preference cookies — remember choices such as your selected destination, language or currency between visits.
• Analytics cookies — collect aggregated statistics about how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.

Non-essential cookies are set only with your consent, given through the cookie banner shown on the Site. You can change or withdraw that consent at any time.

3. Third-party cookies

Some pages and checkout steps involve providers such as payment processors or analytics services, which may set their own cookies when you interact with them. Those cookies are governed by the providers’ own policies.

4. Managing cookies

You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner and delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from completing a purchase or receiving your eSIM QR code.

5. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes to the Site or to the cookies we use; the current version is always posted here.
